Explanation:
When around the facility the player might find papers mentioning ●●|●●●●●|●●|●. If read ●●|●●●●●|●●|● will chase you, take the document and leave. Afterwards a message will say "what the hell was that, some tentacled human?" sooner ●●|●●●●●|●●|● will appear and take you away the screen goes black and you can hear the player shout "noooooo".

Alright, what do you think that SCP-2521 could add to CBU gameplay that no other SCP already adds, like what makes it unique?

first off Scp 2521 is a fun and easy one to implement.
secondly Scp 2521 would make the game more scary because the documents i mentioned above will be scattered about the facility making the player paranoid about what to pick up
Finally its just spooky

1. Not really. Everything regarding 2521 has to be coded, animated, implemented, and rigorously bug tested to ensure that it works.

2. Why would there be documents about it in the first place? Also, the game lets you read documents before you pick them up, so.

3. There are probably over 20 other SCPs that are "spooky", especially more so than SCP-2521.

Yeah I agree. They weren't that bad, they were valid reasons. It's just that I also have valid reasons why the devs wouldn't implement 2521, mainly being that it doesn't add much to gameplay besides from being spooky and a fan favorite, which plenty of other SCP's do.
