So some people wants the vibe of the original containment breach but the developers are planning for a more brighter and cleaner atmosphere , well I have an idea for both of them .
At the start of the game all the zones are brightly lit but once 079 had hacked the lighting systems ( which only occurs when the player had played the game for long enough , either halfway through the HCZ or stucked in the LCZ for too long , the sound could either be like the original 049 chamber or be like 3008 that flicked the lights off in an instant which could be a jump scare on its on ) then all the zones will be nearly pitch black which requires the night vision goggles so that it had more usage than the original game . during this event , some SCPs like 538 or 513 would blend in the darkness really well if the players dont have the goggles . Plus , there should also be a security/control/electrical room in each zone so that the player would have to locate and manage the power , lighting , lockdowns and be able to view the cameras for that specific zone .
Since 106 is the main antagonist then it would be terrifically perfect , just imagine running through the gloomy hallways in search for the security room to switch the lights on then all of a sudden , you see a pair of white eyes rising from the dark floor and start charging towards you but this time its faster due to the absence of light that slowed him down before , but now the eyes are pursuing you like a rabid dog with his raspy breathings and demonic cackles , I bet you wouldve wished you had never touched this game in the first place .
